Dear friends, today General Consul Altie Aderhold (General Consulate of the Federal Republic of Germany in Saint-Petersburg) has visited us.
Mrs. Altie Aderhold is acquainted with the work of Caritas, Maltese service of the help and the Red cross in Germany. In her homeland she worked in humanitarian projects and is well aware of our partners in Germany. Today, in her first visit she has acquainted with the activities of Caritas Saint-Petersburg. We hope this is the beginning of a great friendship!

We want to tell you what events happened to us in the Center.
A shy and a smiling Sasha Bizyaev always surprises us with his talents. This week he has showed us how independent he can be, and how easily he can work in pairs and in teams. The watch in the kitchen, the help with cooking dinner - and always with the smile, always with the enthusiasm!
The group in vk Чапаев и Петербург will hold another tour. During the walk, the 15th of October the tourists will visit the support Support center of young disabled people of Bishop Malecki, one of the projects of the Charitable Catholic organization Caritas. The half of the fees from this tour will be intended for the job of the Center.

We invite everyone to the Playroom.
"Playroom" is a group for parents with children from 1 to 10 years, where the psychologists of the center are also included in the games. During the meetings we talk, play, share the experience.

The intake of children and adolescents from a chemically dependent families in the program of a group work "the Seventh door" is open.
The meetings will be held from the 18th of October to the 27th of December, 2016.
"The seventh door"* includes 11 lessons for the children from families where one or both parents abuse the alcohol.
Goal: the transition of the child from a destructive adaptation (from an existing conditions of the functioning of the family) to a constructive adaptation.
Age of participants: from 10 to 14 years old.
Requirements:
1. The participation of one or both parents in the work of self-help groups "Al-anon", "AA", other parent groups or 12-step programs.
2. Single consultation of a parent and a child before the admission to the group.
